  Unfortunately! This individual is a crook. He started the Job said yes to everything but towards the end asked for more money then we had agreed upon for work that was part of the original contract and when I paid about 99% of what I owed , on time! he left us hanging. He did not finish the job and cost us thousands of dollars more! Be very careful as he did not even pay his workers in full ( who came complaining to us later). I would never do business with him or his company and I recommend you consider the same.
